CANCELLATION POLICY:

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation, which will be guaranteed upon our formal acknowledgment of receipt of the down payment. Reservation requests made without a guarantee are not confirmed. ​

 

The remaining balance must be paid up to 7 days before check-in for dates outside of high season. Please consult the applicable conditions for high season periods. Installment payments are accepted in up to 3 installments on a credit card.

In case of rescheduling and/or cancellation, the deposit made as a reservation guarantee will remain as credit for a future booking, under the terms of MP 948/2020, as recently amended. The validity for using this credit expires 12 months from the first requested check-in date and will always be subject to room availability. ​

 

In case of a no-show: a penalty of 100% of the first night's value will be charged. During special offers and high season, specific policies may apply.

Children are very welcome at Aymara Lodge. We offer complimentary cribs and special activities during certain holidays.

WHAT TO BRING:

Light-colored and lightweight fabrics, long pants, long-sleeved shirts, long socks, comfortable walking shoes, a cap or hat, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent.

​

It is also a good idea to bring shorts, sandals, and swimwear if you wish to use the pool. We recommend bringing binoculars for a better nature experience! A warm jacket is important for those visiting us in June and July, as well as a raincoat for those visiting during the green season!

CLIMATE:

During the dry season (between April and October), the climate is generally hot and dry, with temperatures reaching around 38°C in August and September. Occasionally, we have cold fronts during this season, when the minimum temperature drops.
